Pre-announcement of “New Ducato” Swap Plan for External Wallet Holders

DUCATO will inform you of the swap procedure for exchanging the "old Ducato" with the "new Ducato" in advance to help the holders proceed with the swap smoothly prior to the swap program. "Old Ducato" will be unavailable in Coinone, KLAYswap, Bittrex, etc., so be sure to exchange it for "New Ducato". DUCATO will proceed with the swap procedure in the future according to this guide. Coinone and Bittrex exchanges support automatic swaps, so there is no need to apply individually.

Holders who use coin deposit/storage platforms like "Delio, KLAYswap" other than exchanges must manually withdraw coins from the platform and apply for a swap according to this program. Suspension of DUCATO deposits and withdrawals on platforms/services other than exchanges is not related to this plan, please contact the platform/service concerned.

When sending Ducato (ERC-20), we will pay in Ethereum (ETH), and when sending Kducato (KRC), we will pay in Klaytn (KLAY).

The transfer fee is fully borne by Ducato.(We will refund the amount of commission incurred by inquiring the transfer history (Tx).)

Important : If you apply after the deadline, the transfer fee will not be compensated, so please make sure to apply within the deadline.
